This tour departs from Portsmouth Airport toward the Piscataqua River, following it from Dover Point to the ocean. Along the way, see historic Portsmouth and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, including the old naval prison and several bridges. On our way to the ocean, enjoy fantastic views of Portsmouth Light and Whaleback Light, as well as five military forts that formerly guarded Portsmouth Harbor.

Our flight then follows the entire NH coastline down to the Hampton and Seabrook area. Sights include all the popular beaches like Hampton, Pulpit Rock Tower, Rye Harbor, and expansive salt marshes. We then reverse course over Seabrook Beach just before catching a glimpse of Boston and Gloucester, MA. From the Hampton area, we make a turn out to sea for White Island Light.

On our way out to the Isles of Shoals, you have unbelievable views of the ocean and sailing vessels. And don’t forget to look out for whales! We make a full circle around the islands and enjoy views of Star Island, Appledore Island, Smuttynose Island, and White Island Lighthouse.

From there, the tour heads to Boon Island for a close-up view of the tallest lighthouse in New England. Get your camera ready for a nice slow flight over this towering lighthouse! No matter the time of year, there are always numerous seals swimming and sunning themselves on the rocks.

Then it’s off to the most iconic American lighthouse: Nubble Light! Don’t miss your chance to get some amazing shots of this picturesque lighthouse, a view most do not have the privilege to experience!

Next, we follow the coast further north for views of Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, and Wells beaches before heading back to Portsmouth. Passing over Pierce Island, we go around the city taking in views of Prescott Park, Strawberry Bank, North Church, Market Square, and more!

Finally, we turn back toward the old Pease Air Force Base for amazing views of Great Bay Estuary and the USS Albacore Submarine Museum before landing.
